Finished Breaking Dawn
Just finished Breaking Dawn, the fourth book in Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series. I had been holding off on starting the series - probably because I was afraid it would not live up to all of the rave reviews I had been hearing. Probably the worst thing that I could say about the books is that, once started, I could not put them down. It is difficult when life interferes with reading time.

It's true... there's never enough time in a day to read.
With that said, for anyone who has read Breaking Dawn, what would you say is an appropriate age to read this book?
Interesting question to think about Jen. I may not have a definitive answer to post. One of the strengths that I see in this series is the many discussion provoking questions and situations that it contains. While very entertaining, this series explores many facets of relationships and questions that young adults are encountering in their lives. The popularity of this series offers the chance to discuss these questions within the context of the books with their peers, and many adults, as many have read the books. To try to answer your question head-on, I do not know. I know that as a young adult I read "Jaws" without a problem - saw the movie and had nightmares for a long, long time.
